Appearance :	Revi has raven-black hair, blue eyes and otherwise is an exact copy of her other two twin sisters. Before she split up with Lira and Kylie, the older of the tree wore a yellow blouse and a blue skirt. The ribbon she had in her hair was a birthday present she had received from Lira. When the blackhead grew older her attire changed and is now black all over. Revi is rarely seen without a cigarette in mouth with a genuinely passive look on her face.
Character :	In contrast to her early years, Revi’s behavior in the present moment is anti-social and passive. She cares mostly about her sisters and almost nobody else. The only thing that Revi likes besides smoking and drinking is to amuse herself while bickering and having fights with Kylie. The raven-haired girl doesn’t talk unless needed and is easily irritated by no(i)sy people like their youngest twin sister.
History :	The Phoenix family lived happily in a town in east of Amestris without any special problems or very serious fights. Their house was almost filled with the voices of the three twin sisters: Kylie and Revi quarrelling and Lira trying to prevent murder. When the twins became 16 years old, they decided to go their separate ways and to meet after two years time in Central so that they can start their training as Alchemists. While Kylie went to the North and Lira to South, Revi decided to head South-East. She journeyed through the desert, without specific directions. Before she collapsed from thirst, she noticed a small settlement consisting only of few tents, but the raven-haired girl decided to go for it. Revi decided to stay with the people in the bivouac and soon after she found out that they were one of the very few survivors of the Ishbal massacre. Among those people the young Phoenix found a lot of new and good friends and she lived peacefully for a whole year through which she earned two bad habits – drinking and smoking. The blackhead discovered that she could hold her ground against alcohol. Her somewhat careless life ended when the Ishbalians started to collapse under the weight of an unknown up until then disease. In order to survive the few that weren’t sick, including Revi herself left the settlement and started looking for a new one under the scourge of the merciless sun. The group decreased every month for half a year until there were only three people left – Revi, her best friend Tara and Tara’s boyfriend. The three of them decided that their only chance to stay alive is to head immediately for Central, as they did. Quite unfortunate the only boy in the group died dehydration and Tara’s attitude changed from bad to worse; she became suicidal and any will to live disappeared. During her journey with Tara to Central Revi became even more emotionless than she already was – the last year had made her into a complete wreck. Finally reaching the center of Amestris, the two girls’ spirits raised and just when they thought that the nightmare was over, an accident occurred, in which Tara lost her life. Having another tragedy in her background, Revi drank herself into unconsciousness and woke up the next day in a damp narrow street. Looking at what she had become the Phoenix sibling was completely terrified and irritated at the same time. Her determination forced her to lock her bad memories and emotions away so now she is seen as an egoist by most people.
